Coles Supermarkets needed to roll-out an internal signage program across 800 stores Australia-wide, within a specific and challenging timeframe.
The project required all signage components to arrive fully assembled and ready to hang.
A coordinated approach - Using our China Project Management team, we coordinated several factories to manufacture the components and assemble the signage prior to delivery. From our centralised China warehouse, we also labelled signage according to store, department and contact person for all 800 stores.
We then coordinated shipping to achieve just in time delivery for all stores. The program was a success and all stores received their orders on time, with no labour required other than hanging the signage in place.
