NEW STORE OPENING - TENTWORLD

The Brief

Tentworld has been supplying Australians with great value camping equipment and hiking gear since 1968. The managing director approached SI Retail in late 2021 about supplying fixtures and accessories for a new store opening in Cairns.

The client mentioned that they had heard about us through word of mouth from other businesses in the area. After previously approaching other shopfitting companies and being advised of an eight month wait for stock to arrive, the Tentworld team chose SI Retail. Our team recognised the importance of supplying and delivering this fitout in a timely manner.

Our Solution

SI Retail worked with Tentworld to establish the store’s stock requirements which were made up of a mixture of wall bays, double-sided aisle bays, end caps, data strips, shopping baskets and hooks.

Tentworld was quick to outline and confirm the store requirements and SI Retail was able to immediately supply and deliver the stock to the new Cairns location, resulting in a fast and efficient turnaround time. With a dedicated customer service representative overseeing the process and a consistent level of communication, this project was delivered to SI Retail’s high-quality standards.
