Design & Engineering

Next, your project manager will work with our design and engineering teams to ensure your intent is met and provide solutions to bring your vision to reality.

Establish Key Elements

The first step in this process is to fully understand your needs. One of SI Retail’s team of project managers will meet with you to discuss your ideas and map out the key elements and fundamental needs of your custom project.

Project Management

Our team of project managers liaise directly with our factories in China throughout the entire design and production process to ensure your intent is achieved and the proposed design satisfies your fundamental needs.


A sample will be manufactured and assessed by the project manager and the designer involved to ensure each key element meets your requirements and project specifications.

The project manager will then meet with you to confirm the product is exactly how you imagined it and to seek your approval in moving forward.

Manufacturing & Production

Once you have approved the prototype, our experienced manufacturers will commence the production of your order.

Quality Control

Our meticulous quality assurance officers will check every detail of your product before it is shipped to ensure it complies with Australian standards and meets SI Retails' high quality expectations.

Global Logistics & Warehousing

Moving a product internationally to arrive on time can be just as challenging as the manufacturing process itself.
