Peter FullerManaging Director
Peter has a successful track record in senior management – he has operated businesses for 26 years with 19 of these years at SI Retail. In the first 16-year stint at SI Retail, Peter performed a range of roles, which culminated in his position as Managing Director for 6 years. Peter returned to the company in 2010 for a 3-year contract to assist in the development of the Shanghai division focusing on international trade.
Peter is excited to return to the family business and continue the success and growth trajectory put in place by the SI team under the helm of his brother, John, over the past 10 years.
Mende LikoskiStrategic Projects & IT Manager
Mende has been with us since 2002, and brings extensive knowledge and experience of retail and telecoms to help SI Retail and its clients improve efficiency and save money. He knows the business inside-out and his input has been invaluable in creating better processes and happier clients.
Today he works closely with our sales teams and client managers on design drawings, prototyping and production orders, container packing configurations and supply logistics. His ability to evaluate processes and find the most cost-effective and efficient approaches has worked wonders for SI Retail and its clients.
Sharon HutchisonFinancial Controller
Sharon has over 25 years experience at the executive level managing a variety of businesses. She has been with SI Retail for over 5 years helping the Senior Management further develop the business and ensuring that each customers expectations are met or exceeded.
Ryan HallOTS Manager
Ryan has over 20 years experience in customer service,warehousing, distribution and logistics, and brings fresh perspectives and insights to our customer service operations.
He and his team approach all projects with a positive attitude and ensure you get the highest level of customer service and have improved speed and accuracy in roll-outs, cross-docking and pick-and-packs thanks to an unwavering eye for ways to streamline and enhance SI Retail processes.
Mitch WinterProcurement & Supply Chain Manager
Mitch has 10 years experience working in warehousing, distribution and logistics. He works with our sales team on new projects and products; focusing on sourcing, purchasing and the inward goods supply chain.
He also collaborates with our team in China to ensure effective and timely production, container packing and cost effective shipments, to provide you with a complete order, on time, delivered anywhere in Australia.
Jerome CahuyaTechnical Engineering Manager
Jerome has almost 20 years in China, living the detail in efficiency and design practicality. An expert in connecting your brand vision (or retail concept) with specific manufacturing and engineering techniques to not only bring your vision to reality, but to optimise its practicality. And when he’s done it for the likes of Dockers, Sephora and Banana Republic, you can trust his engineering obsession and experience will maximise ROI on your retail environment.
Beatrice TurroAccount Manager (QLD)
Beatrice has over 14 years of experience in Real Estate Property & Account Management. She started working at SI Retail 11 years ago and has progressed from being our Customer Service Manager to now working as our Strategic Customer Support Account Manager.
Beatrice supports the customer service department in addition to maintaining her own clients such as Super Retail Group (Supercheap Auto, Rays Outdoors, BCF, Amart, Rebel Sports), Curtain Wonderland, Blackwood’s, Coles, Pas Group, Samsonite, Myer and many more!
Beatrice specializes in custom-made projects and takes pride in establishing and developing long-term relationships with her customers. She loves to help and ensures that each client’s requirements are discussed in detail and each project runs to schedule.
She also assists in forecasting (to ensure a consistent supply of products), pricing and quoting (to obtain the best possible prices) and the roll out of new products/projects as required. Beatrice finds her role very rewarding and places an importance on communicating with her clients on a regular basis to ensure they are more than happy with our products and her services.
Robert MackintoshAccount Manager (VIC)
Robert is an experienced retailer with over 30 years’ exposure, working with retailers such as Caltex, Coles & Metcash.
He has operated in a number of national roles within the Merchandise, Marketing & Operations departments boasting extensive project management experience.
He has never been far away from the product range he now represents for SI retail today. Robert's role as our Melbourne based Account Manager is to build and maintain key customer relationships. He provides a high level of service to a number of large national retailers and seeks to find solutions to their product needs and requirements. He prides himself on being a strong problem solver and meeting customers’ needs with the right product and great customer service/support.
Scott DavisonAccount Manager (NSW)
Scott is an experienced Account Manager who has worked in the Point Of Sale industry for over 15 years! He has a wealth of product knowledge and is highly skilled to help you with your individual requirements.
Scott looks after large national retailers including Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Pet stores, Hardware stores and many more. His attention to detail and focus on customer service means he is able to decipher the most suitable and cost-effective products for your business to impress your customers and display your products in the best possible way. Scott is located in Sydney and is always available to meet with you to discuss all your needs.
Daniela RussellAccount Manager (NSW)
Daniela’s experience comes from a mind-set that doesn’t stop improving and growing. She learned the industry by starting in customer service and quickly working her way to not only managing clients, but going out and winning clients on her own across the east coast of Australia.
Daniela is responsible for some of SI Retail’s biggest success stories like Road Tech Marine, Repco and EB Games, and is the type of person that gets the job done, while constantly bringing better ideas across store designs and logistics.
Caitlin CrosbyMarketing Coordinator
Caitlin is a senior marketing professional with over 10 years’ experience in developing and maintaining national marketing budgets for a variety of large franchise businesses. Her expertise shines in building global client relationships; maintaining product purchasing, importing, exporting and logistics and designing, managing and producing high-end events and marketing campaigns.
At SI Retail, Caitlin seeks to elevate profits through effective online/traditional marketing campaigns; maintain brand standards and increase brand exposure. She is proactive and enjoys helping other teams, analysing digital marketing data and promoting the SI Retail brand with a customer focused approach.

Ronnie has over 18 years’ experience in designing & developing award winning retail fixtures & displays.
Whether it’s through a quick thumbnail sketch, or a photo-realistic computer rendering; Ronnie combines a creative mindset with a technical eye for detail to present retail solutions that are eye-catching, manufacturable and within budget.
