To support rapid growth, The Reject Shop asked us to value-engineer their fixtures, provide a full working prototype store, and prepare production and warehousing for aggressive expansion.

Our Solution

To ensure consistent quality, we brought our Chinese Project Management team to a store in Australia to value-engineer all fixtures. This team then trained and worked alongside the factory team in China to produce prototypes and set up for production.

Thanks to our ‘store in a box’ process, fixtures now ship direct from our China warehouse to The Reject Shop locations all over Australia. This saves domestic freight costs and meets deadlines with our ‘On Time, Every Time’ guarantee.
