The Brief

In March 2025, The Pump House in Nambour suffered severe flood damage, leaving their industrial and agricultural product showroom in urgent need of a complete overhaul. Following the clean-up, they engaged SI Retail to develop display solutions tailored to their specialised fittings and merchandise. With a target to reopen by early June, the challenge was to deliver a functional, durable, and visually appealing showroom within a tight timeframe.

Our Solution

SI Retail worked closely with The Pump House team to design a merchandising layout that maximised product visibility and organisation. Versa Gondolas and complementary accessories were selected as the ideal solution for their industrial inventory. By expediting key product orders and providing simple, step-by-step assembly instructions, the local team was able to install the new displays efficiently and meet their reopening deadline.

Just weeks after reopening, the showroom faced another setback when an out-of-control car damaged part of the wall and some of the newly installed displays. SI Retail promptly supplied replacement components to restore the merchandising quickly, minimising further disruption.
