Longspan Storage Racking

An industrial shelving solution to storing and showcasing products using heavy-duty frames with stepped shelf beams and your choice of shelves. The longspan racking system is made from premium quality steel and powder-coated in your choice of black, white or grey colours.

The system is sized 2000mm high x 600mm wide but can be placed alongside another longspan shelving bay if larger widths are required. Shelf beams are available in 1200mm or 1800mm lengths with 1, 2, 3 or 4 levels per bay (other sizes and configurations are available upon request).

Industrial Strength, Bolt-Together System

Upright frames are pre-assembled with horizontal and diagonal bracing for a robust and sturdy display. They are bolted together rather than welded to ensure greater structural flexibility and strength over a longer period of time and prolonged use.

The combination of these frames coupled with industrial strength stepped beams and heavy duty shelves ensure the highest quality structural strength and flexibility - resulting in a rating of 529KG per shelf level (1800mm shelves) or 793KG per shelf level on 1200mm long shelves.

The longspan storage racking system is easy to assemble and simply bolts together without any special tools. For safety, locking pins are included in the longspan shelving kits.

Easily Merchandised, Attractive Display

Stepped beams result in a flush and neat display as shelves are recessed and sit at the same level as the beam. This also makes merchandising your shelves easier. The best part of longspan shelving is the high storage density and easy access to both the front and rear of the display, allowing stock to be changed quickly and efficiently.

Customisation

Not only is the longspan system available in 3 different colours (black, white or grey) but it is also available with four types of shelves!
 

Raw Particle Board / Chipboard

An economic option to fill shelf beams. Shelves are available in 1200mm or 1800mm lengths and are 18mm thick for strength and durability.

Black Melamine

A presentable front-of-house option with black PVC edging on all sides. Black melamine shelves can be purchased in 1200mm or 1800mm lengths and are easy to wipe down; perfect for most retail industries.

 

Wire Mesh Deck

Very strong shelf, perfect for heavy merchandise, bulky products and large loads. Wire mesh deck longspan shelves require no dusting, this means less maintenance and lower labour costs.
 

Galvanised Metal

A good longspan shelf option for wet environments. Galvanised metal shelves are durable and strong with a large weight load capacity. This style of shelf will last for years.
